We want you to be completely satisfied with IndexChecker. If you are unhappy with the performance of our API, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase, provided you have used less than 10% of the purchased credit volume.
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@indexchecker.live with your account email address and payment receipt ID. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or Razorpay) within 3 to 5 business days.
Subsequent top-up packages purchased after your initial order, or credit packages where more than 10% of credits have been consumed, are non-refundable.
