When you create an account on IndexChecker, we collect personal details including your name, email address, and IP address. For purchases, financial transactions are securely processed by our payment processors (PayPal, Razorpay). We do not store raw credit card numbers or billing passwords on our servers.
Your data is strictly used to deliver the IndexChecker service, process API authentication tokens, issue account balances, and send critical transactional updates. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
URLs and search query parameters submitted through our single or bulk check API endpoints are processed in real-time. Logs of checked URLs are preserved in your private dashboard for historical reporting and audit purposes.
We enforce industry-standard HTTPS encryption across all API endpoints and web dashboards. API tokens are cryptographically hashed before storage.
